By submitting your (“Artist”) sound recordings, musical compositions or any other creative materials (collectively, the “Submission”) using HUMID.IO (“Company”), Artist agrees to be bound by Company’s Terms of Service. Tat Tong (“Recipient”) in its sole discretion shall decide whether Artist's material qualifies for submission to music industry professionals ("Industry Professionals”), and does not guarantee that material submitted by Artist to Recipient will qualify for submission to Industry Professionals. Furthermore, Recipient does not guarantee that Industry Professionals will consider Artist‘s material, and the Industry Professionals in their sole discretion shall determine whether to offer a contract or licensing opportunity to Artist. Due to the volume of submissions, Recipient cannot guarantee to respond to Artist‘s Submission. Thank you for your interest in submitting your music.
